We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and Internationally
All orders are delivered within the number of business days mentioned on the product page. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping of Products
All orders are administered from our own warehouse in Noida, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
Delivery times may range from 7 days for ready-to-wear garments to 4 months for haute-couture custom ordered garments.
Delivery times may vary based on destination and unforeseen circumstances.
Customs regulations may affect international shipments; buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
No Show on Delivery
Our delivery associates will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order more rapidly.
Modes of Payment
For customers in India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and also provide the option to pay using PayPal.
For international customers, we accept all major mode of payment options including debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
