However, refunds will only be granted for items that are defective upon delivery. Eligibility for Refunds
A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing fault, does not function as intended, or arrives damaged due to our handling. Customers must report any defects within 7 days of purchase and provide proof, such as clear photographs of the item. Once the defect is verified, we will process a full refund.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that are not defective but returned due to a change of mind.

- Normal wear and tear over time.

Returns Inspection Process
Customers requesting a refund must return the item in its original packaging with all included accessories. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item to verify the defect. If the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
If the product is found to be in good condition or the defect is due to improper use, the refund request will be denied, and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
